Orsothus

This two-headed dog-demon was inspired by 's story Incubus, which was rather excellent (WARNING: DO NOT READ IF SATAN AND GAY LOVE OFFEND YOU) and I enjoyed rather a lot. His Orthrus is a real Greek mythology character and his name is spelled differently (Orsothus plays better in my brain) plays a minor role and looks quite different, but the cipher of a Giant, Two-headed dog really appealed to me, so I'm sort of Co-opting him for I story I'm working on.

In my version, Orsothus guards the Rubicon, a barrier of crazy between the light and darkness, and makes sure nobody goes crossing that shouldn't be. One head always watches the light side, the other watches the dark. He can shape-shift as is needed, but this is the form he usually uses with humans.

I want to make him all crazy colors, but cant decide if I should use patterns or not, or what media to color him in. Help?
